If in the last period you have accumulated extra kilos and you want to get rid of them quickly, as a help we have formed a platform with a 7 day diet plan in which you lose 7 kg in weight.

And if it sounds impossible there is nothing supernatural, this diet is based on the principles of dissociated nutrition. Every day you eat only one type of food!

Throughout the diet we will limit ourselves only to foods low in calories.

Breakfast is the same every day: half a grapefruit, a slice of whole grain bread and a cup of tea.
